Formatting pictures is exactly like formatting ClipArt. You can use the same methods we used to format text to move pictures (drag and drop or cut and paste) and you can use alignment tools. You can also right-click on the picture and click Format Picture, click the Format Picture button () on the drawing toolbar, or double-click the picture to open the Format Picture dialog box and specify advanced options. The tabs in that dialog box will be exactly the same as when we looked at it to format ClipArt.
