Lesson 3.2: Templates

   

 

 

So once you’ve got a template in Word, what do you do with it? Well, you can type in it just like a regular Word document. All of your functions (such as fonts, paragraph formatting, and spelling and grammar check) will be available. You can also modify template elements like page formatting and pictures.

 

Once you have edited the template, save it using the steps we talked about in lesson one. You’ll be prompted to save your document as a Word file so you don’t overwrite the existing template.

 

That’s all there is to using a template!
